Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce our suite of solutions and service capabilities to prospective clients;

  • Close sales engagements with customers by gaining commitment to implement RTT solutions;

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement our business development and marketing strategies/plans;

  • Support/manage assigned engagements in a post sales support capacity;

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services (including competitors) such as features, benefits, changes, and roadmaps;

  • Obtain the relevant product certifications where required;

  • Partner with customers through strategic and consultative sales opportunities to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.

Requirements

  • Posess a degree or diploma in a recognised institution

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently to track leads thoroughly, follow up, and close deals.

  • Good writing and communication skills with good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Teams and Sharepoint.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in building rapport and collaborating effectively with others.
